Charles C. Berlin


Charles is a Senior Financial Planning Consultant at Wellspring Associates focused on plan analysis and design. He utilizes in-depth knowledge and experience within the financial services and life insurance industries to dissect and evaluate complex estate, tax and business succession strategies. Charles works in partnership with Wellspring Associates advisors to effectively create and implement plans for affluent clients and their advisors including family offices, accountants and attorneys.

Prior to joining Wellspring Associates, Charles established a reputation for success in reviewing and assessing client objectives through interpersonal communications and capital needs analysis. Charles is nearing completion of the coursework required to earn the Certified Financial Planner® designation and expects to sit for the examination soon.

Charles’ commitment to his profession and clients is accompanied by a firm dedication to his community. He previously served the Fort Worth Library Foundation as a member of the Event Planning Board working on the organization’s largest fundraising event, the Cigar Smoker. This event promotes literacy in Fort Worth and community funding for the Fort Worth Library.

A native of The Woodlands, Texas, Charles graduated summa cum laude from Texas Christian University. He worked at TCU as a representative and manager to raise donations for the school through their student Phonathon Team. Charles is a loyal fan of TCU football and enjoys reading, cooking, cycling, swimming, traveling, psychology and history. He is also active with the International Wine and Food Society of Fort Worth, Texas, where he currently resides.
